Suspension of Legal Terms by INVIMA and Temporary Closure of Public Services (December 2024)

INVIMA issued Resolution No. 2024057693, dated December 17, 2024, through which it has announced the suspension of legal terms for administrative proceedings. This suspension applies to all procedures except the following:

• Procedures related to vital unavailable products

• Products at risk of supply shortages

• Import certificates

• Procedures that do not require certificates

• Exhaustion of products

• Amendments or reports under the semantic standard

Additionally, INVIMA has communicated that it will close public services from December 23, 2024, to January 10, 2025. During this period, no in-person or virtual assistance will be available.
